A little about me…

I’m a born-and-raised New Englander now living and raising a family down here in sunny Florida. I also serve as the CTO of a Security & IoT company that develops products and platforms in the home security/automation space.

I’m passionate about the employee experience in tech as well as building & scaling product development organizations. I am a firm believer in accountability, empowerment and the concept that team structure and alignment are the key to growth. I may also have what some would call ‘an unhealthy’ love of all things Jira!
